Sole Oak Supply is a one-person workshop in Fayetteville, Georgia, hand-building Biothane Super Heavy dog leashes, collars, check cords, hunting belts, brass tags, and horse reins for bird hunters, hunt-test handlers, NAVHDA folks, field-trial competitors, and dog owners who want gear that won't quit.

The brand was started by a bird hunter who couldn't find a Jaeger-style over-the-shoulder lead made of synthetic, all-weather material with a real quick-release snap. He built one, and the rest of the line grew from there. Brass quick-release snaps are made in Italy. Everything else is sourced and assembled in the USA.

Materials and identity:

• All Biothane gear is cut from Biothane Super Heavy Beta — a coated polyester webbing, fully waterproof, won't soak up sweat, won't mildew, won't crack in the cold.
• Hardware: stainless steel, black, brass (Italian quick-release snaps), nickel.
• Made by hand in Fayetteville, Georgia, USA.
