Why Biothane for a check cord
Doesn't absorb water. Same diameter wet or dry. Unlike nylon, won't get heavy on a duck retrieve.
Doesn't tangle in cover. Smooth surface slides through brush, briars, and tall grass.
Won't burn your hands. Unlike nylon, no rope burn when a young dog runs through it.
Easy clean. Wipe with a damp cloth.
